We've been getting dozens of letters regarding the inability to view our staff videos from the August 98 disc on. We had posted a solution for this on our web site, which involves installing QuickTime 3 onto your Mac, but perhaps many of you don't drop by to visit our lovely site? Shame on you....
Anyways, you will need to install QuickTime 3 (found on the disc in the Apple folder). We found that compressing our movies using the Sorenson codec resulted in better video quality and handling, and kept the file size down (especially with our bigger size format). This codec is supported in QuickTime 3 which is freeware, unless you decide to upgrade to QuickTime 3 Pro (recommended). Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
